We created a unique flexible structure to enable small scale biodiesel power generation to be accredited for the RO but pre-approved to be relocatable when business needs of the host changed, whereas the RO typically supported stationary plant only. Consequently, sites that didn’t have time to secure planning ahead of the RO closure could get the access to green power they sought.
